How does the two-week guarantee work?
Once we're official, you'll receive an email to book our first call. Our two week timeline begins the day of our call. You'll receive your completed brand and website within one week from our call then get ready to launch! We guarantee to publish your new website and deliver your branding and marketing items two weeks from the date of our first call or you get your money back!
What if I already have a logo/brand?
Most brands that haven't been designed by us need a few tweaks and typically aren't a full brand identity design. Because of this, we want to ensure your brand stands out and is unique so any element that you don't already have we'll be sure to design (or redesign, if needed) for you!
What if I already have a website?
Then it's time to probably do a refresh or a redesign or you wouldn't be here! We recommend a website refresh around the 1-2 year mark to ensure it's performing as needed and aligns with your current business goals.
Will the website be SEO optimized?
Yes, all websites are designed with SEO in mind and will be SEO optimized for each page on your new website. We'll also submit your website to the search engines to ensure it gets scanned. Keep in mind, your website will need to be published for a few months before it starts going higher in the search results. SEO optimization can take time to reap rewards and updating your website with fresh content, new blog posts, and new pages can help boost your results!
What platform do you use to design websites?
We use WordPress.org and Elementor to design our custom websites. We don't use templates and each design is 100% custom to your business and brand!
How easy is it to update my website on my own?
It's super easy! You'll receive training videos on how to navigate the backend of your website as well as how to edit content such as photos and text. We're also here to assist with updates to your website as needed!
Do you offer payment plans?
Because of our fast turnaround time we prefer to receive payment in full at the start of your project. If you'd like to split your total investment into two equal payments email us at billing@swoon-studio.com and we can create a custom invoice for you!
